1. Digital Products Eligible for Refund:

We offer refunds for digital art products under the following circumstances:

– Corrupted or Defective Files: If the downloaded file is corrupted or defective and cannot be used for its intended purpose.

– Unintentional Duplicate Purchases: In case you accidentally purchase the same digital art product multiple times.


2. Refund Process:

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the above criteria, please follow these steps:

Reach out to me at linds@idleplumdesign.co within 30 days of the purchase date. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and any relevant details.

– Issue Verification: I will review your request and may request additional information, such as screenshots or other evidence, to verify the issue.

– Refund or Resolution: Depending on the situation, I will either issue a refund for the purchase amount or provide a solution to rectify the issue. This could include replacing the defective file or addressing the accidental duplicate purchase.


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following cases:

– Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we are unable to provide a refund. We recommend carefully reviewing product details before making a purchase.

– Compatibility Issues: It is your responsibility to ensure that your devices and software are compatible with the digital art products. We cannot issue refunds for compatibility issues.


4. Fraudulent Activity:

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to filing false claims of defective files, will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include legal measures.


5. You are unhappy with your custom services or products post-completion:

I strive to keep an open line of communication throughout the entire design process and am more than happy to work with you to ensure you love your product (website, branding items, custom commissions, etc). Refunds will not be offered on final custom products. This includes but is not limited to websites lost due to non-payment of hosting or domain services, log-in errors, etc.
